Russ and Greg have over 40 years of combined experience in the real estate industry. We are committed to earning your trust by guiding you efficiently and painlessly through the loan process. Russ and Greg grew up here in the Salt Lake valley in a family of 6 boys. Russ and his wife have two boys and two girls. Greg and his wife have three boys and two girls. We are proud to be a team and we look forward to helping you and your family realize your homeownership goals!

Our Loan Process

1: Pre-Approval

A loan pre-approval sets you up for a smooth home buying experience.

2: Shop

Start working with a real estate agent and viewing homes.

3: Loan Application

A few documents are needed to get a loan file through underwriting.

4: Loan Processing

Assemble all the necessary paperwork and details for the underwriter.

5: Underwriting

They closely evaluate all the documentation in the loan package.

6: Closing

Documents are drawn and sent to the title company for closing.
